Marin Country Day School Strategic Plan

I was fortunate to be able to learn from Mission Minded's collaborative approach to Strategic Planning during my time working as a Strategist at the company. For Marin Country Day School, we led collaborative workshops, brainstorms, and interviews that helped us to understand what made the San Francisco-based Independent School so special. This meant redefining their mission and vision, conducting primary and secondary research, and project managing the process of iterating upon the plan itself.

As a Strategist, what made this project so exciting was the way in which we tapped into the School's special qualities to plan for the future. I am proud of the way in which we sought out the unique perspectives of the School's parents, faculty, and staff to source key themes and areas for growth.
