Helendora Samuels Picture Framing
Overview
After moving to Chicago in 2016, I found myself in need of picture framing and decided to purchase a Groupon to support a local, Black-owned business. Little did I know, I would be in for the treat of the lifetime after meeting Helendora and Tommy Samuels, the owners of Helendora Samuels Picture Framing.
Once I got to know the couple, I knew that my skills as a Strategist and technologist could be helpful to them as they sought out website creation for their business, their ministry, and their 501(C)3 accredited organization. I collaborated with them to create three sites dedicated to showcasing their offerings to the community, introducing them to new customers and supporters throughout Illinois.
