Effective research is key to great strategy– the approach has to be grounded in human truths and realities for good marketing to showcase a product/service well enough to convert. In order to provide a great strategy, I scour my many resources for insights that clarify a company’s role in the market, key competitors and landscape, opportunities, and threats.
Step 2: Refine
Communication is key to identifying the right framework to work from and deliver the strategy. I combine different frameworks found in books like The Decision Book and publications like The Framework Bank to choose how to communicate sound strategies that will move the needle for brands and businesses. Most critically, I collaborate with you to learn what intel would be most helpful for the stage your business is in as you grow and plan to navigate the unpredictable road of entrepreneurship.
Step 3: Reflect & Run!
